Everyone has a place where they belong
We are committed to the co-production of designing out homelessness - making it rare, brief, and non-recurring in Worcestershire. At St Paul’s, we reject the idea that homelessness is just one missed pay check away. While it can happen to anyone, we recognise that some are far more at risk than others.
St Paul’s is an independent charity, which brings urgency, compassion, and practical solutions to the causes, symptoms, and effects of homelessness. We work every day to make homelessness in Worcestershire temporary, by design – not an accepted norm.

Partnerships

Cranstoun Worcestershire
Cranstoun Worcestershire supports adults struggling with alcohol or drug use, offering guidance for individuals and their families. Operating across all six districts, they provide interventions through shared care schemes and community outreach, ensuring accessible support for those in need.
Emerging Futures
Emerging Futures empowers adults affected by addiction, offering housing and community-based support. They create safe spaces for connection, behavior change, and practical guidance, helping individuals transition to independent, healthy living while challenging the stigma of addiction.
Maggs Day Centre
Maggs Day Centre provides essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness across Worcestershire. Through decades of partnership with St Paul’s, they’ve collaborated on impactful projects like fundraising events to address homelessness and vulnerability.
Droitwich Community Pantry and Fridge
Droitwich Community Pantry rescues surplus food to support the local community, including St Paul’s residents and WIISH project participants. Their long-standing partnership ensures vital food donations and community care.
Worcester City Council
Worcester City Council collaborates with St Paul’s to address local needs, fostering partnerships and initiatives that enhance community well-being and support vulnerable populations.
Fort Royal Group
Fort Royal Group hosts weekly community meetings in the park, fostering connection and collaboration to support local residents and their well-being.
Healthwatch Worcestershire
Healthwatch Worcestershire amplifies community voices to improve health and social care services. They ensure local feedback reaches decision-makers, driving positive change across the county.
Beryl Bikes
Beryl Bikes’ bike-share scheme promotes sustainable transport in Worcester. Their partnership with St Paul’s includes initiatives like free minutes to enhance accessibility and mobility for the community
Citizens Advice Bureau
Worcester Citizens Advice Bureau provides vital support on housing, benefits, and legal matters, empowering individuals to navigate challenges and access essential resources.
Worcestershire Community Rail Partnership
The Worcestershire Community Rail Partnership connects communities through innovative rail projects, fostering collaboration and enhancing local transport accessibility.
Worcester Community Trust
Worcester Community Trust operates six community hubs, offering services and activities that combat isolation, support mental health, and empower individuals of all ages across Worcester.
Growth Hub
Worcester Growth Hub provides training and development opportunities, equipping individuals and businesses with the tools to thrive and grow within the local economy.
MEAM (Making Every Adult Matter)
MEAM works collaboratively to support vulnerable adults, addressing complex needs through tailored, multi-agency approaches that drive meaningful change.
WODDAS
WODDAS is a groundbreaking pilot project led by Cranstoun, St Paul’s, and academic partners to prevent fatal overdoses. Using wearable technology, the initiative detects vital sign changes and alerts staff to provide life-saving care, transforming overdose prevention.
